This specification describes the GlobalPlatform selection of OASIS and W3C WS-* standards for the transmission and security of GlobalPlatform messages in a Web Services or SOA environment. This version of the document is an update of the 1.0 specification, based on field feedbacks. In particular it clarifies many details on the policies and defines clear security levels. It also specifically addresses requirements of "GP Messaging Specification for Management of Mobile NFC Services Version 1.2
