The aim of this document is to list the security functions that SHOULD be considered during the evaluation of a Secure Element (SE) product based on the GlobalPlatform (GP) Card Specification. The document addresses GP configurations and GP amendments. It ensures the minimum security scope, and the different claimed configurations shall match a predefined list of security features.

This SE Protection Profile (PP) combines multiple PP modules that allow certification of different SE products from a simple smart card to an embedded SE. This PP Version 1.0 is the version certified by the Spanish scheme.
