This GlobalPlatform specification standardizes the information shared between the different actors involved in the functional or security evaluation of products (SE platform, SE application, Device, and TEE). It defines a digital format, called DLOA, for these different types of Letters of Approval. It clarifies the responsibility for the management of the DLOAs and their usage (e.g. by TSM). This specification also defines the interface provided by the DLOA Registrar, i.e. a DLOA repository, and the link with the SE, Device, and TEE.
