GlobalPlatform's TEE Hackathon: code and compete for connected device security
The GlobalPlatform Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) Hackathon attracted over 60 students and developers from the internet of things (IoT), security, and fintech sectors to apply their best ideas to the TEE ecosystem. Developers were invited to compete for cash prizes and the chance to present their trusted applications to TEE experts at the GlobalPlatform TEE Conference. 12 applications and projects were developed, with hardware provided by Sequitur Labs, and the top 3 projects were rewarded with cash prizes by Samsung.
