GlobalPlatform Welcomes RFI Global Services to its Membership
22 June 2009 – RFI Global Services (RFI), a leading provider of testing and consultancy services with a particular focus on cellular, wireless and smart card technologies, has joined GlobalPlatform. The company has become a member of the international specification body for smart card infrastructure to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mobile payment technology.
Having supported a range of worldwide implementations based on GlobalPlatform Specifications, RFI looks forward to monitoring the work of the technical committees and debating the latest issues and trends through GlobalPlatform’s Advisory Council meetings. Joining as an Observer Member, RFI will also have the opportunity to influence the direction of, and participate in Mobile Task Force initiatives.
