GlobalPlatform Joins Digital Identity Community to Drive Cross-Border Interoperability for Digital Identity
SIDI Hub is the first-of-its-kind initiative dedicated to driving and operationalizing cross-border interoperability at scale in the digital identity space
GlobalPlatform has joined 16 of the major open-standard organizations active in digital identity to launch a new initiative - the Sustainable and Interoperable Digital Identity Hub - dedicated to driving cross-border interoperability at scale in the digital identity space.
Dozens of digital identity schemes have now been launched or are underway around the world at both national and regional levels, and across the public and private sectors. Yet to date, there is no known scheme considered truly interoperable across borders.
