Nikola Medic is Director of Sales for Certification Markets at Riscure Security Solutions, a Keysight device security research lab. With a foundation in financial analysis and early career in financial markets, Nikola made an unexpected transition into the cybersecurity industry—starting in the PayTV certification domain, supporting developers reach Conditional Access System (CAS) vendors approvals. Since 2018, he has led the certification market segment at Riscure (now part of Keysight), where he and his team support developers pursuing a wide range of security certifications, including Common Criteria, EMVCo, SESIP, PSA Certified, and others. A key part of Nikola’s role involves creating connections and empowering collaboration between industry partners, certification bodies, and evaluation teams, helping all parties stay aligned throughout the certification process. His focus is on making certification more transparent, building lasting partnerships with industry stakeholders, and raising the level of security for everyone - ultimately resulting in safer products for end users.
