As GlobalPlatform’s Senior Operations Manager, Bonnie leads the GlobalPlatform Secretariat team, which provides the organization with event planning, certification management, web development, technical documentation, and meeting facilitation.

Bonnie collaborates with the Executive Director and Operations Director on marketing initiatives, business strategy, operations, and internal processes. She also supports the Executive Committee and Board of Directors by managing the organization's processes and procedures, taking meeting minutes, assisting committee chairs, and tracking action items.

Before joining GlobalPlatform in operations, Bonnie worked with Alliances Management as a Senior Web Developer, developing GlobalPlatform's website and those of other associations. She has a Bachelor of Software Development and an MBA.
