GlobalPlatform Announces New Board of Directors and Executive Committee
Stellantis joins the board, further strengthening GlobalPlatform’s automotive security momentum
November 6, 2025—GlobalPlatform is pleased to announce the conclusion of its FY2026 Board of Directors election. Six candidates secured a majority of member votes and will serve new two-year terms on the Board from 1 October 2025 through 30 September 2027.
The elected members are:
- Rob Coombs, Director, Architecture Technology Group, ARM
- Stéphanie El Rhomri, Principal Consultant, FIME
- Sebastian Hans, Principal Member, Technical Staff, Oracle
- Bill Mazzara, North American Regulatory Lead and Technical Fellow for Product Cybersecurity, Stellantis
- Olivier Van Nieuwenhuyze, Senior Manager, Security Standards and Regulations, STMicroelectronics
- Guillaume Phan, eSW Design Authority, Mobile Connectivity Solutions, Thales
They join previously elected members:
- Jürgen Hirschinger, Director, Head of Security Analysis, Giesecke+Devrient GmbH
- Jeremy O’Donoghue, Director of Engineering, Qualcomm
- Scott Migaldi, Senior Director of Standards and Industry Alliances, T-Mobile
- Richard Hayton, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, Trustonic
- Marc Kekicheff, Senior Business Leader of Chip Innovation, Visa
The Board reaffirmed the Executive Committee, with Stéphanie El Rhomri continuing as Chair of the Board, Olivier Van Nieuwenhuyze as Vice Chair, and Jürgen Hirschinger as Treasurer.
