GlobalPlatform’s Secure Element for Developers (Java Card) training equips developers with the knowledge and hands-on skills to design, build, and test secure Java Card applications. Over three days, participants will explore the fundamentals of secure element (SE) architecture, Java Card technology, and GlobalPlatform specifications — gaining practical experience in secure coding, cryptographic APIs, applet management, and certification requirements.
The course is ideal for professionals in payments, identity, automotive, telecommunications, and IoT sectors who work with secure elements or smart-card–based solutions. Through guided exercises and demonstrations, attendees will learn secure-by-design principles and industry best practices to develop robust, certifiable applications that align with GlobalPlatform and Java Card standards.
