Founded in 2004, Telecom Technology Center (TTC) has established info-communications security, broadcasting laboratories and wireless broadband testing laboratories across Taiwan. It provides product testing, certification and technical consulting services.

While Taiwan’s info-communications industry was previously concentrated in the north of the country, TTC is the first organization to establish a national level testing laboratory in the south, providing technological assistance to the info-communications manufacturers in this region.
