Jean-Loup Dépinay - Card Committee
Oberthur Card Systems

Mr. Dépinay serves as Program Manager, Research & Development Fundings (collaborative projects), at Oberthur Card Systems (formerly Delarue Card Systems). As a Java Card OpenPlatform Architect, Mr. Dépinay has designed and managed several Java Card platforms which have been deployed in banking, identity and mobile markets worldwide and which have focused on single market and converging market programs. He was also responsible for developing Java Card security improvements which led to the delivery of several security certificates, including common criteria and FIPS 140, for Oberthur's smart card products. Mr. Dépinay is currently a member of the Java Card Forum.

Mr. Dépinay has been an active participant in the GlobalPlatform Card Committee since 1999 and was elected to serve as Card Committee Chair in 2007.

Laurent Coureau - Device Committee
France Telecom

Mr. Coureau currently serves as SIM, Device and Security Standardization Manager at France Telecom and acts as a security expert for various company projects. His responsibilities cover security, the (U)SIM card and the hardware used in mobile handsets and he has vast experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically in mobile operator technologies. Mr. Coureau chairs an Open Mobile Terminal Platform group called 'Trusted Environment' which aims to define an enhanced mobile security architecture.

Prior to his election as Chair of the GlobalPlatform Device Committee in 2005, Mr. Coureau actively participated in the STIP Consortium (before it merged with GlobalPlatform in 2004).

Christophe Biehlmann - Systems Committee
Datacard Group

Mr. Biehlmann currently serves as Software Architect and Group Leader of the System Card Configurator and Systems Builder (CCSB) and System Profile & Scripting Working Group at Datacard Group. Prior to this position and within the same company, Mr. Biehlmann worked in the Research and Development Division where he was responsible for the architecture and development of corporate smart card personalization software for desktop and high volume issuance systems.

Mr. Biehlmann was elected to become Chair of the GlobalPlatform Systems Committee in 2006. He has been an active participant on the Systems Committee since 2001.
